How to Spiritually Overcome Failure

See this content in the original post

Hello Butterflies! Iā€™m excited to introduce our new series, Butterfly Talk where we dive into conscious topics that resonate with you between the major lunar cycles ā€” touching on feelings, emotions and thoughts echoing across The Collective.

For those dedicated Butterflies and followers, I love bringing the healing moon readings to you ā€” but I also wanted to create something more intimate.

A format where we could simply talk.

I know first-hand from your private messages and reading requests thereā€™s a lot on your minds, hearts, and spirits and for that, Iā€™m truly grateful for your trust.

If youā€™re following the podcast on Spotify or Apple, feel free to leave a note in the comments about how youā€™re working to overcome ā€œfailureā€.

1. Step Outside of Yourself

Before we dive into todayā€™s topic, letā€™s ground ourselves. Burn a bit of Palo Santo or your preferred spiritual herbs, clearing out any energy that no longer serves youā€” allowing the messages from our spiritual guides to flow through our shared space together.

How to Spiritually Overcome Failure

Todayā€™s topic is close to my heart: How to Spiritually Overcome Failure. Lately, Iā€™ve felt like Iā€™m ā€œfailingā€, although my friends and family assure me Iā€™m not. Despite having many good things going on, Iā€˜ve been feeling like Iā€™m falling short of my full potential.

Steps to Overcoming Failure

  1. Step Outside of Yourself

Connect with friends and family and let them know if youā€™re not in the best headspace. This opens you up to external support and ancestral energy, helping you move forward.

ā€œItā€™s easy to think we can do everything alone, but we arenā€™t meant to.

2. Remember Who You Are and When You Were Strong

Reflect on past moments of strength in your life and how you felt. Whether youā€™re a parent, a caregiver, or simply someone with responsibilities, itā€™s easy to lose sight of your own needs.

ā€œJournal about your strengths and create a visual memory to bring into the present.ā€

3. Pace Yourself

Limit overextending yourself. Spiritually, connect with your Solar Plexus to rebuild your confidence and avoid leaning on the ego of failure. Movement and rhythm in your body can help ground you and guide your pace.

ā€œFailure is an ego-driven emotion, making us feel inadequate. But by tapping into the collective consciousness, we realize we arenā€™t alone.ā€

4. Embrace the Present

Feminine energy brings ease and allows us to be present. Balance this with action-oriented masculine energy to find harmony.

ā€œYou are more than this moment. Tap into the collective energy and allow it to move you forward.ā€

5. Develop a Grounding Practice

In the evenings, I burn incense to calm my mind. In the mornings, I draw in gratitude by meditating while looking at my dream catchers. Find a spiritual ritual that fits you, helping you step outside of yourself and connect with Collective energy.

ā€œDevelop a practice of acceptance and grounding.ā€

Reflect on the Five Realms

Consider the purpose of the North Node, your guiding point in life, and the South Node, your past. The South Node teaches lessons that mature and guide us toward our North Node.

Reflect on the five Moniqueā€™s Tarot life realms:

  1. Elevation of Spirit

  2. Healing

  3. Work and Business Endeavors

  4. Personal Life

  5. Unexpected Surprises

Assess how youā€™re performing in each life realm, distinguishing between realistic goals and perfectionist expectations.

Leave a comment below:

  • How are you dealing with failure?

  • What are you working to overcome right now?

Declare your victory and embrace the expansive energy of your spirit.
